Role Summary

This independent contractor opportunity is for business development professionals who want to build a recurring revenue portfolio by placing digital loyalty and customer retention infrastructure into local service-based businesses.

You control your schedule, pipeline, and sales process. Client on-boarding, fulfillment, and platform support are handled by the Phoenix Rewards operations team so you stay focused on sourcing and closing only.

What You Will Do
• Independently source and develop your own sales opportunities
• Educate business owners on customer retention and first-party data strategies
• Present Phoenix Rewards as long-term growth infrastructure
• Negotiate and close new client accounts
• Maintain your own pipeline and follow-up systems
• Expand accounts through multi-location growth where applicable

Important:

Client on-boarding, technical setup, fulfillment, and platform support are handled by operations. This role is strictly business development and closing.

Compensation and Earnings
• Up to 50% commission, based on production level and client billing selection
• Commission payout timing depends on how the customer chooses to pay

Earning Potential (Performance-Based):
• First 90 days: $3,000 to $8,000 per month for consistent producers
