Position Overview
We’re seeking highly motivated Medicare Sales Agents ready to maximize earnings and close consistently. In this role, you’ll proactively connect with Medicare-eligible clients, identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and confidently close enrollments in:
• Medicare Advantage (Part C)
• Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)
• Medicare Supplements (Medigap)
• Ancillary products
This is a true sales opportunity for professionals who want uncapped potential, repeatable success, and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage inbound and outbound leads with a consultative, closing mindset
• Identify client pain points and match them with optimal plans
• Present plan comparisons and overcome objections confidently
• Drive enrollments while maintaining 100% CMS compliance
• Maximize ancillary product opportunities on every qualified call
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in CRM
Ideal Candidate
• Proven closer with a track record of results
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
• Competitive, coachable, and self-driven
• Strong communication & objection-handling skills
• Tech-savvy with excellent multitasking ability
• Ability to obtain or hold an active Health Insurance License
• Current AHIP or willing to complete prior to start
• Ability to become Ready-To-Sell (RTS) with multiple carriers
