1623 Senior Salesforce Developer

<p>We are looking for an experienced <b>Salesforce Developer with IT project leadership experience</b> to provide in‑house development support and technical oversight for our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions while also <b>leading and coordinating IT initiatives</b> that support business operations and reporting needs.<br></p>
<p>The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise with the ability to <b>lead and coordinate IT projects</b>, work cross‑functionally, and deliver data‑driven insights through <b>Power BI</b>.<br></p> <br> <br>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>5+ years of experience</b> as a Salesforce Developer (Lightning Experience, custom apps, enterprise orgs).<br></li>
<li>Proven experience <b>leading or coordinating IT projects</b> .<br></li>
<li><b>Mandatory experience with Power BI</b> for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.<br></li>
<li>Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data architecture.<br></li>
<li>Solid knowledge of best practices related to data governance, security, and performance.<br></li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).<br></li>
<li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.<br></li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.<br></li>
