360 Recruiter (Design & Product) Remote

Looking for ambitious 360 recruiters / sales recruiters who want to help build a modern recruiting company focused on design, product, and the future of technology.

Fully remote.

Work from anywhere.

US hours preferred.

This is not a corporate recruiting job.

We’re building a lean, high-performance team around:

You’ll be expected to:

• win new clients

• build relationships with founders & hiring teams

• source exceptional product/design talent

• manage searches end-to-end

• contribute ideas, strategy, and process improvements

You do NOT need to come from a huge agency background.

You DO need to be hungry, proactive, and good with people.

We already have:

• strong branding

• operations support

• marketing/design support

• sourcing systems

• existing clients & revenue

Now we want to scale properly.

We’re especially interested in people with experience in:

• product/design recruiting

• startup recruiting

• outbound sales/business development

• agency recruiting

• founder-led environments

Comp:

Base + uncapped commission.
