Full-time

We are looking for a skilled 3D / Motion Designer to create a high-end, interactive visual experience for a modern website.

The project involves designing realistic 3D scenes integrated into a UI flow, with smooth scroll-based transitions, camera movements, and micro-interactions that simulate a real-world environment and interface usage.

This is not a static animation — it’s a product-level experience that should feel immersive, responsive, and polished.

Scope of Work

1. Loader Scene (Intro)

A minimal 3D object appears on page load (faded / semi-transparent)

Subtle motion or idle animation

Smooth fade-out as loading completes

Should visually communicate “system initializing / loading environment”

2. Hero Scene (Primary 3D Environment)

First-person perspective inside a modern environment

A central display/interface element is the main focus

Clean, futuristic, minimal aesthetic

UI elements (maps, data, panels) displayed inside the 3D scene

Requirements:

Camera positioned from a user perspective

Display content must be clearly readable

Background should be slightly abstract / blurred to keep focus on UI

Subtle ambient motion (light shifts, reflections, micro movement)

3. Scroll-Based Transitions

We need smooth, continuous transitions tied to scroll, not hard cuts.

Behavior:

Text/UI fades out → camera transitions into deeper 3D scene

Simulated interaction (e.g., a button click triggered automatically)

Scene updates to reflect a “state change”

No abrupt jumps — everything should feel fluid

4. Camera Movement & Animation Logic

Slow, controlled zoom toward key interface elements

Follow motion of a route/path or UI changes

Camera and UI animation must be perfectly synchronized

Natural easing (no robotic or linear motion)

5. Dynamic Scene Progression

As the user scrolls:

The camera moves deeper into the interface

UI elements update (progress indicators, route/path animation, etc.)

Environment reacts to interaction (movement, feedback)

Key details:

Route/path animation should feel “alive” (progressing forward)

Motion should reflect acceleration / turns (not just linear movement)

Maintain visual continuity between scenes

6. Map / Route Visualization

Stylized map (not tied to a real location)

Clean, minimal, slightly abstract

Animated path that progresses over time

Requirements:

Smooth line animation

Consistent visual style with the rest of the scene

Should integrate naturally into the 3D environment

7. Transition to Real-World Scene

Transition from stylized 3D → realistic environment

Smooth fade (no overlap glitches or abrupt switch)

Real-world scene should feel like a natural continuation

Option:

Looping video OR highly realistic 3D render

Subtle motion (camera, lighting, parallax)

8. Interactive Slider Scene (3D Cards)

Central 3D object becomes a focused card

Adjacent items partially visible (left/right)

Smooth horizontal transitions between items

Interaction logic:

Active item shifts smoothly

Neighboring items previewed with depth

Motion should feel inertial (not instant snapping)

9. Micro-Interactions

Subtle hover effects (scale, glow, depth)

Soft pulsing highlights for key actions

Small UI animations inside the 3D scene

Technical Requirements

Tools / Tech (one or more):

Blender / Cinema 4D / Houdini

Three.js / WebGL / React Three Fiber (preferred for web integration)

After Effects (only if exporting optimized sequences, not full video-based solution)

Performance Requirements

Optimized for web (fast load, low lag)

Efficient polygon count and textures

Smooth performance on modern desktop browsers

Mobile optimization is a plus (not required but valuable)

Deliverables

3D assets (models, textures, lighting setups)

Animation sequences / states

Integration-ready files (or support for dev team)

Optional: assistance with implementation (Three.js / WebGL)

Style Direction

Minimal, futuristic, clean

High-end product feel (similar to Apple / Tesla-level polish)

Strong focus on clarity + motion quality

No clutter — everything intentional

What We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio in 3D UI / product visualization

Experience with interactive / scroll-based animations

Understanding of UX + motion principles

Ability to create realistic yet stylized environments

Nice to Have

Experience with web-based 3D (Three.js / R3F)

Experience collaborating with frontend developers

Ability to prototype interactions
