A TMSA Success Coach builds strong relationships with students to ensure engagement, persistence, and academic success in a virtual environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in advising, counseling, or student support preferred
Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Monitors student engagement, attendance, and performance
- Conducts regular student check-ins and goal-setting sessions
- Supports MTSS interventions and student success plans
- Communicates regularly with families
- Collaborates with teachers and leadership to support students
- Builds strong, positive relationships with students
- Other duties assigned by the Principal
