Experience with data systems, reporting tools, or basic coding/programming

Working Conditions

Primarily office-based, with occasional field, shop, or site visits as needed

May involve interaction with field crews, supervisors, clients, and operations personnel

Some exposure to shop or field environments, including noise, weather, and changing site conditions

What Success Looks Like

Reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time

Communication with technicians and internal teams is proactive and effective

Client requests are handled professionally and promptly

Quality issues are identified early and resolved efficiently

The reporting process becomes more organized, scalable, and dependable as the group grows

If you want to make it even stronger for hiring, I’d recommend changing the title to Pipeline Integrity Data Analyst or NDE Reporting & Data Analyst. “NDE Data Analyst” is accurate, but the market may read that as a pure data role rather than a technical reporting / quality role.
