ABA Scheduler

Schedule: 9am to 5:30pm PST
Compensation: $20 - $24 DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive ABA Scheduler to lead scheduling efforts across our behavioral health programs. This individual will play a key role in driving efficient operations by managing daily scheduling needs, scheduling assessments resolving conflicts, and creating long-term scheduling solutions for both clients and staff. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator, a team-oriented leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Scheduler will work closely with parents, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, Supervisors, trainers, and the recruitment/onboarding team to ensure that newly hired staff are successfully matched with clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to improve processes while providing a high level of customer service to both internal teams and client families.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day scheduling operations, including real-time adjustments due to cancellations, staff changes, or client needs
Scheduling assessments in-clinic
Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, technicians, clinical supervisors, and internal departments
Take initiative in identifying and implementing new scheduling strategies or tools to streamline operations
Collaborate with the recruitment and onboarding teams to match new hires with upcoming client sessionsServe as a liaison between clients, BCBAs, Supervisors, and staff to coordinate overlaps, training schedules, and permanent caseloads
Notify staff and families of updated schedules and reroutes in a timely and courteous manner
Track and manage client and technician availability, ensuring alignment with service needs
Handle last-minute changes and provide immediate solutions with minimal disruption to services
Assist with staff interviews or operations projects as needed
Monitor session cancellations and follow company policies on make-ups and documentation
Maintain accurate records and systems related to schedules and availabilityAttend internal meetings and trainings; represent Burnett Therapeutic Services with professionalism and warmth
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling or clinic operations, preferably within ABA, autism services, or healthcare.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
