ABA Therapy Jobs – RBT / Behavioral Technician – Northern Virginia

About the position

Flywheel Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians / RBTs across Northern Virginia to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Work in both in-home and center-based settings, helping kids build confidence, independence, and life skills.

Responsibilities
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and/or centers
• Implement BCBA-designed programs through play, structure, and connection
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect session data and track progress
• Be a consistent, positive presence for children and families

Requirements
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (any setting)
• Reliable transportation (for in-home sessions)

Nice-to-haves
• ABA experience preferred, but not required-we provide training
