With Intelligence is a premier CRM solution provider for the asset management industry, and they are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their team. The role focuses on sales development, relationship building, and market insight to drive the growth of Foliometrics in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify and engage prospective clients within the asset management and alternatives space. Utilize a consultative approach to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in maximizing the value of our CRM
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position Foliometrics in the market
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecast opportunities, and track performance against targets using our CRM system
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to enhance personal performance and contribute to team success

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM sales, preferably selling related solutions in the financial services or asset management industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving client needs and market conditions
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and supporting collective goals
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for helping clients succeed and a desire to contribute positively to the team culture
