While most of our work happens remotely, we come together regularly for off-sites and team events to stay connected and build together.
Position Summary
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, as an Account Executive at Practice Better, you will own the full sales cycle - from pipeline generation through close — bringing our platform to the wellness practitioners, clinic owners, and health teams who need it most.
You’ll lead deep discovery conversations using a needs-based, curiosity-first approach. You’ll connect what you learn directly to platform capabilities that move the needle on client retention, revenue per practitioners, and day-to-day efficiency for practices.You'll manage buying cycles across clinical and operational stakeholders — typically small but growing practices navigating real decisions about switching platforms — while keeping your pipeline full, your forecasting honest, and your handoffs clean. You'll be joining at a foundational moment for our Sales-Led Growth motion — this is an early-stage function inside a scaling company, and you'll contribute directly to building the playbooks, processes, and patterns that define how Practice Better sells going forward.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed, consultative seller who thrives where the playbook is still being written. You communicate with clarity, move with purpose, and focus on solutions over perfection. You take ownership naturally and do your best work in fast-moving, growth-stage environments.
