Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging inbound motion and creating new opportunities through outbound efforts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by managing the sales pipeline and advancing deals
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates in revenue-driving and retention-supporting positions

Skills

  • Ability to adopt a consultative approach and listen to prospects to understand their requirements
  • Empathetic and capable of building relationships based on trust
  • Proven ability to identify and address objections or concerns raised by prospects
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM management (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Data-driven and organized when using a CRM
  • Ability to effectively manage a deal through appropriate stages
  • Experience in revenue generation and acceleration
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Experience in collaborating effectively with teammates in revenue-driving and retention-supporting positions
