We have ambitious plans to improve the quality of the web. We believe every website should be accessible, compliant, and of high quality. Our Silktide Monitor platform is the first step in our mission. It helps web teams and content contributors with a mixed range of abilities to easily manage hundreds of thousands of web pages.

If you want to help us in our mission to make the web more accessible then it’s never been a more exciting time to join Silktide!

What we’re like

Our Customers love us (4.8 on G2) and our staff are pretty happy, too (4.8 on Glassdoor).

We heavily promote an open culture. Every member of our team keeps a Slack journal, to log their thoughts, work, and ideas. Everyone can read these. Want to know exactly what your CEO is working on? Done.

We believe in giving our team the freedom to innovate and make a real impact. We value creativity and initiative, allowing you the space to own your work and push boundaries.

We pride ourselves on being ambitious, both in the products we build and the challenges we tackle. Whether it’s driving web accessibility forward or expanding our platform, we’re constantly aiming higher and pushing for excellence.

We’re growing fast and need smart, ambitious, and trustworthy people to join our team.

What you will be doing

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in our US expansion.

You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across industries like public sector, higher education, healthcare, and mid-market B2B. This is a self-sourcing role: you’ll generate the majority of your pipeline through outbound efforts including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

You will:

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities

Run structured discovery calls and live product demos with multiple stakeholders

Tailor presentations to solve customer pain points

Navigate pricing, objections, and contract negotiations

Manage your sales pipeline, forecast clearly, and hit your number

Collaborate with UK-based leadership while working independently in the US

You’ll receive full training on our platform, our space, and how we sell — plus deep exposure to accessibility, SEO, UX, and more.

Where you will be working

This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. You will work three days a week from our super cool, dog-friendly Downtown Austin office with 24/7 parking included!

You should join us if

  • You’re based in or can reliably commute to Austin, TX (3 days/week)

You have 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment

You’re confident running demos and handling multiple stakeholders

    You’ve self-sourced pipeline and/or worked in an SDR-heavy role

You’ve closed deals between $5,000–$50,000 ACV in 30–90 day cycles

You use frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC to qualify deals

You’re proactive, organised, and clear in your communication

You love outbound work and have a hunter mentality

You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and improve

You should not join us if

    • You rely heavily on inbound leads or SDR support to hit target

You struggle to explain your sales process or past performance

      You avoid fast-paced, high-responsibility roles

You’re uncomfortable discussing budgets or pricing

You need constant direction or prefer rigid structure

What you will get in return

      • A shiny new MacBook

Private Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision) & Wellness Allowance

        Company Sponsored 401(k) Retirement Plan

20 days paid vacation + public holidays, increasing with tenure

Casual Dress Code, Flexible Schedule, Weekly Paid Lunches & Monthly Company Outings
