Account Manager
Fallon is a creatively-led advertising agency that focuses on delivering value through smart branding. They are seeking an Account Manager to drive project management and ensure the successful execution of campaigns while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day project management across brand, retail, digital, social, and influencer work
- Keep projects on track — from kickoff to final asset delivery
- Manage estimates, budgets, timelines, and client communication
- Partner with legal, business affairs, and finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Track competitive activity and contribute strategic insights
- Coordinate internal resources and keep everything (and everyone) organized
Skills
- 1-3 years of agency experience
- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Detail-obsessed and solution-oriented
- A self-starter who thrives in creative environments
- Energized by collaboration and culture
- QSR experience is a plus, but not required
