Rove is one of the fastest-growing premium cannabis brands in the nation, seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager for its Upstate New York & Vermont team. The role involves building relationships with customers and strategic partners, developing sales strategies, and promoting Rove products across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing and sales team to develop customer success strategies to drive sales and growth within existing accounts
  • Make cold calls and reach out to dispensaries and delivery services throughout Upstate New York and Vermont
  • Execute vendor days by promoting and educating customers and users about Rove products, company ethos, services, pricing, and events
  • Make recommendations to dispensaries and other retail partners to improve promotional activities and ensure brand integrity
  • Manage event kits, materials, and visual merchandising displays as needed
  • Learn and perform inventory counts at dispensaries and customers carrying Rove products while on the road
  • Serve as the face of the brand and communicate Rove’s core values and mission
  • Foster long-term relationships with retail buyers and staff
  • Develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Develop and execute regional marketing and promotional strategies
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Manage and address customer needs and issues promptly and professionally
  • Utilize CRM to maintain accurate records of all activities
  • Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Rove products
  • Learn on the fly and proactively deepen your product knowledge
  • Be a role model for our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, and accountability
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required (with notice)
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks as needed

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management and/or outside sales preferred
