Account Manager
Evitalin is a dynamic national patient advocacy service dedicated to helping men enjoy good sexual health. They are seeking a Regional Account Manager to sell their patient management service and product lines while building strong relationships with healthcare practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong virtual relationships with the company’s MD Partners – act as the mediator between company and MD Partner, facilitating two-way communication
- Maintain touchpoints as established by partner ranking
- Group A: Direct relationship with the provider
- Group B: Direct relationship with someone in office
- Group C: No/not consistent relationship, but we receive Rxs
- Group D: Brand new, no relationship or no recent Rx (Inactive or New)
- Work to achieve company and MD Partner goals simultaneously
- Identify sales opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling within existing MD Partners
- Maintain relationships with MSCs and Concierge to better serve partners and patients
- Expert troubleshooter on the Rx process between the Sales Rep, Customer Service, and Product Fulfillment to meet MD Partner expectations
- Build relationships and expand provider involvement, including but not limited to scheduling Virtual Clinic intro meetings, portal set ups, etc
- Attend conferences/events as necessary to maintain MD Partner Relationships
- Prepare reports on your Region’s Rx Revenue and MD Partner Status and other details monthly/quarterly
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 year sales experience (not necessarily medical), Urology experience preferred
- Ability to travel quarterly (to conferences or planned provider visits)
- Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
- High attention for detail and follow through
- Professional selling and networking skills to achieve performance objectives
- Experience in urology, endocrinology, gynecology, or oncology is preferred but not required
