Account Manager | Global Clinical Supply Chain
Flexible location | Partial worldwide travel
Markets: MENA, EU, LATAM, Africa

We are looking for an Account Manager who wants ownership, visibility, and growth — not just account maintenance.

In this role, you will own key client relationships across multiple regions and act as a trusted partner for sponsors running complex clinical programs. Your impact will be visible commercially, operationally, and strategically.

Key responsibilities:

Own strategic account planning for a portfolio of global clients

Build deep understanding of clients’ clinical pipelines, regions, and future needs

Develop and execute account development plans focused on long-term growth and partnership

Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize and scale their clinical supply chain

Identify opportunities to expand services across regions, trials, and lifecycle stages

Translate client strategy into clear internal action plans for Operations, QA, PM, and Finance

Anticipate risks, regulatory challenges, and capacity needs before they become issues

Lead regular account reviews, forecasts, and growth discussions with clients

Support onboarding of new studies, regions, and services as clients expand

Travel internationally when it supports relationship-building and account development







Requirements

What we’re looking for:

Experience owning client accounts, projects, or complex stakeholder relationships

Solid understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chains

Ability to think in terms of value, growth, and long-term partnerships

Confidence discussing commercials, forecasts, and business impact with clients

Strong communication skills across regions, cultures, and seniority levels

Comfort working in international environments with multiple time zones

Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus)

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
