Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them derive maximum value from our platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth within your accounts.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers

Understand client business goals and align our solutions to meet their needs

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, product updates, and issue resolution

Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell in collaboration with the Sales team

Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs to assess client satisfaction and product adoption

Work closely with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Monitor account health and proactively address risks to retention or expansion

Maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM tools

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role

Experience in a B2B paper and office supply environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Familiarity with CRM and account management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
