What this role is about

As an Accounting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping Keedian’s financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly.

You’ll support core accounting, treasury, and payroll processes while helping ensure the reliability of financial information across the company. This role combines day-to-day accounting execution with analytical work, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement.

You’ll work closely with the Accounting, Treasury & Payroll Manager and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to support financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and highly reliable — someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving discrepancies, improving processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions

Payroll, Treasury & Financial Support

Support payroll validations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with cash tracking, treasury operations, and cash flow reporting
Help maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable processes

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Build and maintain Excel-based reports and financial analysis
Identify discrepancies, trends, or operational inconsistencies in financial data
Prepare documentation and schedules for audits and compliance reviews

Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

Work with multiple teams to validate financial information and improve reporting accuracy
Identify opportunities to automate or improve accounting and operational workflows

Requirements

We are looking for a strong execution-oriented accounting profile with analytical capability and attention to detail.

Experience

2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or analyst roles
Hands-on experience with general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close
Experience supporting payroll, treasury, accounts payable, or accounts receivable is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA coursework or partial certifications are a plus

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and/or IFRS)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including:Pivot tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
SUMIFS
Conditional formatting
Financial model building and analysis

Experience with ERP or accounting systems:SAP preferred
QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems are also valuable

Comfortable working with large data sets and financial reporting tools

Languages

Advanced Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required
