Accounts and HR Associate
This is a remote position.
SPARK+ is looking for an HR & Accounts Associate to manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, bookkeeping, invoicing, and daily operational tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in growing in both HR and accounts operations while working remotely.
Responsibilities; • Manage recruitment coordination including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
• Support onboarding and documentation process for employees and interns
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records
• Assist in invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain expense records and petty cash management
• Support account reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports
• Manage data entry and maintain organized records using Excel or accounting software
• Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
• Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply
• Basic understanding of HR operations and accounting principles
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
