Blueprint is the AI-powered paid media management platform built for performance marketers. Our platform unifies cross-channel data, delivers daily winning ad recommendations across 50+ channels, and has been proven to drive 30–40% more ROAS compared to manual optimization. We are a fast-moving, founder-led company on a mission to revolutionize how teams manage and scale paid media — and we are building out the marketing engine to match.

THE ROLE

This is the central hire in our marketing build — and the most important one. We are not looking for a media buyer. We are looking for a brilliant advertising mind: someone who lives in the psychology of what makes people click, feel, and convert. You will own the strategic creative layer of our entire marketing engine, working directly and closely with our founder to shape what we say, how we say it, and why it works.

If you are the type of person who can watch an ad and immediately know why it is working (or why it is not), who gets excited by hooks and angles the way other people get excited by data, and who has a track record of concepting campaigns that actually move people — keep reading.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop campaign concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks that connect with our ideal customer

Script ads and VSLs (video sales letters) from scratch — short-form social and long-form conversion-focused content

Research competitors, the market, and online trends to surface what’s working and where the opportunities are

Define campaign strategy, naming, and overall concept — then launch, test, and iterate on a fast cadence

Bring a fresh set of ideas to market regularly (every 1–3 weeks) and keep the testing engine moving

Work one-on-one with our founder to shape Blueprint’s advertising voice and creative direction

Translate ad performance signals and market feedback into the next generation of creative

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Deep understanding of buyer psychology — you know why ads work, not just whether they do

Proven track record concepting and writing high-converting direct-response campaigns

Experienced scripting both short-form social ads and long-form VSL content

Strategic thinker who brings campaign angles, not just executes briefs

Comfortable conducting competitive and market research to inform creative strategy

B2B or SaaS advertising experience is a strong plus

Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate ideation and production is a bonus

ENGAGEMENT

This role starts at 10–15 hours/week during an evaluation period.

We are looking for the right person first — hours and scope grow with demonstrated impact.

Strong performance leads to a deeper, potentially full-time relationship.
