Operate as an integral part of a cross functional team. Typical development activities include

Web & App Tracking - Provide guidance/analyst/consulting

Design, implement, and maintain tracking across web and app platforms

Configure and manage tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

Define and implement event tracking, conversion tracking, and data layers

Monitor and troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy

Collaborate with marketing and product teams on measurement requirements

Cookie Consent & Compliance

Implement and maintain consent management platforms such as OneTrust or Cookiebot

Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal privacy policies

Manage consent signals and ensure alignment with tracking setup

Coordinate with legal and compliance stakeholders

Business Analysis

Translate business needs into technical tracking and data requirements

Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting structures

Document tracking specifications, data flows, and implementation logic

Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and data teams

Data Engineering (Martech Focused)

Support data collection, transformation, and validation processes

Ensure consistency and quality of marketing data across platforms

Integrate tracking data into reporting tools such as Power BI or data warehouses

Assist in debugging and optimizing data pipelines

HTML Templates & Front-End Support

Develop and maintain HTML templates for emails, landing pages, and tracking implementations

Ensure templates are optimized for performance, compatibility, and tracking

Support marketing automation tools with technical configurations
