Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners
• Track campaign performance metrics — clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI
• Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the creative assets and links they need
• Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review
• Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks
• Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks

Requirements:
• No degree required
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts is a plus — but we'll train the right person
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards
• Clear written communication — you'll interface with external partners regularly
• Self-starter who can prioritize independently without constant oversight
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace
