AI Admin Assistant – Operations & Workflow Support (Remote | US-Based) - Contract to Hire
We're seeking an AI Admin Assistant to support operations, workflow organization, and simple AI integration across the company.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and interested in using AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. You will help the team streamline workflows, organize systems, automate repetitive admin tasks, and support operational efficiency using AI tools and practical automation solutions.
This is not a heavy coding or developer role. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI tools in a practical business setting to improve day-to-day operations.
Experience with organizational charts, workflow setup, process organization, and operational support is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
Help integrate AI tools into daily operations
Assist with setting up and organizing tools such as Claude and other AI platforms
Support simple workflow and email automations
Help organize and improve operational systems and processes
Identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined using AI
Assist with organizational charts and internal workflow structure
Support operations, task management, and project coordination
Help the team stay organized and improve efficiency across departments.
