What You’ll Do
Build and improve AI-native products and data-driven systems

Work hands-on with LLMs, structured/unstructured data, APIs, and modern ML workflows

Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered features

Analyze, evaluate, and improve model outputs and system reliability

Work closely with engineers, product teams, and founders in fast-moving startup environments

Use tools like Claude, Cursor, notebooks, copilots, and AI-assisted workflows daily

Help shape data pipelines, evaluation systems, experimentation workflows, and production AI features

Contribute to AI-powered products across fintech, biotech, infrastructure, and next-generation startups

What We’re Looking For
3+ years working in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics, or related technical roles

Strong Python skills and comfort working with modern data/ML tooling

Experience working with production data systems, AI workflows, or model-driven applications

Comfortable handling ambiguity and building in fast-moving startup environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Experience evaluating model quality, experimentation, or AI outputs

Already experimenting with or deploying AI-powered workflows or products

Energized by AI and actively using AI tools in your workflow

Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful

Work Setup
