AI-First Product/Project Manager | UgenticIQ

This isn't your typical product manager role

We're not looking for someone to just "manage projects" or push tasks around in Jira.

We need an AI-native product leader who uses AI tools as naturally as breathing — someone who can build and scale an intelligent product ecosystem while moving at startup speed.

You'll work directly with our Chief of Staff and CEO to lead product development, operationalize key initiatives using AI-powered workflows, and become the connective tissue between engineering, customers, and leadership.

We don't just automate tasks — we clone YOU entirely: your brain (content, stories, experiences, frameworks), your voice, your image, and your video presence.

Our platform uses dual-level training to create AI employees that learn your intellectual DNA and then specialize in specific roles. Your Mission

You'll own the bridge between product vision and AI-driven execution.

This is a hybrid role: Head of Product + AI Product Manager + Operations Generalist

You'll ensure the right features get built, the right AI integrations happen, deadlines are met, and the team stays aligned — all while leveraging AI at every step.

What You'll Own

AI-First Product Strategy & Development

Own the product roadmap with Chief of Staff, CEO, and engineering leads

Use AI tools daily to accelerate product development, research, and prioritization

Leverage AI for rapid prototyping, user research synthesis, competitive analysis, and feature specs

Translate customer feedback into product priorities using AI-powered analysis

Write specs, wireframes, and product briefs that move fast — AI-assisted where it makes sense

Integrate AI capabilities into product features (automation, intelligent insights, agent behaviors)

QA releases, track bugs, ensure we ship clean, scalable features

Manage dev projects and QC new features before release

Constantly ask: "How can AI make this better, faster, or smarter for our users?"

AI-Powered Cross-Functional Execution

Run key initiatives: AI integrations, partnership rollouts, feature launches

Build and deploy AI workflows that eliminate manual work and accelerate delivery

Use AI agents, automation tools, and intelligence platforms to keep projects on track

Keep everyone aligned: meetings, follow-ups, timelines, accountability

Ruthlessly prioritize what actually drives value

Operations, Client Success & AI-Enhanced Process Optimization

Onboard enterprise clients with clear, AI-supported processes

Use AI to monitor client health, usage patterns, and engagement signals

Run monthly client check-ins to track adoption and gather feedback

Leverage AI to proactively identify client needs and optimize platform usage

Provide platform training to client teams

Build AI-powered systems to streamline operations, onboarding, and sales

Implement tools that eliminate redundancy and surface insights faster

Monitor KPIs and keep leadership informed

Manage internal meetings, goal tracking, and weekly execution rhythm

Culture & Team Building

Be a stabilizing presence on a fast-moving team

Reinforce a no-fluff, high-trust, outcome-first, AI-native culture

Help onboard new hires and create internal documentation

Champion AI adoption — teaching, sharing, evangelizing best practices

Who You Are

Must-haves:

5–10 years in product management, project management, or operations

AI-first mindset: You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI, etc.) every day

You understand how to integrate AI into products, processes, and operations — not just talk about it

Background in SaaS, AI startups, product-led companies, or martech

A builder and finisher — you ship things from kickoff to launch

Ridiculously organized, emotionally intelligent, proactive

Tech-native: comfortable with dev tools, AI platforms, APIs, productivity apps

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving under pressure

Excited about AI's potential as a force multiplier
