Job Summary
• We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI Lead Native Developer to spearhead our software development initiatives, focusing on both front-end and back-end technologies.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React, Python, and Java Spring Boot, and a proven track record in implementing end-to-end AI/ML-driven applications.
• This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and mentor an offshore development team, ensuring seamless project delivery and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications using React, Python, and Java Spring Boot.
• Manage and mentor offshore development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Data Science, to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure front-end and back-end systems.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and optimize their performance.
• Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and best practice implementation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure optimal performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
• Drive the successful implementation of at least one full-cycle AI/ML project.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT work experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML applications.

Strong proficiency in:
• Front-end: React.js (including hooks, state management, component architecture)
• Python: For AI/ML model development and integration
• Back-end: Java, Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices)
• Proven experience leading and mentoring offshore development teams.
• Demonstrated success in implementing at least one end-to-end AI/ML-focused project.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
