 About the role:
  • Freelance: B2B contract

    Hourly rate: 50–90 PLN net

    100% remote, Polish time zone (UTC+2)

    Includes training budget

    ⚡ Fast-paced recruitment cycles for urgent tech and leadership roles

    Please note: no paid holidays or sick leave




What you'll do:


  • Source and recruit top tech talent (mobile, UX/UI, QA) as well as leadership and back-office roles

    Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, AmazingHiring, Fetcher, etc.) to speed up sourcing and screening

    Continuously test and implement new-generation recruitment platforms

    Use advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Dribble, and through Boolean search

    Collaborate closely with Lidia, our experienced recruiter, to meet tight deadlines

    Lead and improve recruitment projects, conduct post-mortems, and train others in AI-powered recruiting methods

  • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in or for software houses
  • Proven expertise in using AI-driven recruitment tools and staying ahead of sourcing innovation
  • Solid hands-on experience in platform sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Dribbble, etc.) and Boolean search
  • Deep understanding of the software house hiring landscape — how it moves, scales, and evolves
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and readiness to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work independently and with full ownership
  • Fluent English (C1)
