What You’ll Do:

Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders

Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions

Assess use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and implementation effort

Prioritize initiatives and recommend implementation sequencing

Define practical AI adoption roadmaps

Establish use case intake, evaluation, and prioritization frameworks

Support creation of AI governance processes and operating principles

Align AI initiatives with business objectives and organizational priorities

Define and lead AI Proof of Value (PoV) and pilot initiatives

Validate assumptions, data availability, and expected business outcomes

Coordinate architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

Measure results and provide recommendations for scaling, adjusting, or stopping initiatives

Work directly with business and technology leaders

Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives

Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to both executive and operational stakeholders

Build alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Product Management, or Technology Consulting

Experience identifying, evaluating, and delivering AI or automation use cases

Strong understanding of business process improvement and operational efficiency

Working knowledge of modern AI and data platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft AI ecosystem, or similar)

Experience facilitating workshops and engaging directly with business stakeholders

Ability to assess both business value and technical feasibility

Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, operations, or other process-intensive industries

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, reporting, and enterprise business systems

Understanding of data governance, compliance, and AI adoption challenges

Exposure to RPA, workflow automation, and AI-assisted business processes

English level:

Intermediate+
