AI & Technical Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting highly specialized AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, and Technical Infrastructure talent.
The ideal candidate understands the AI talent landscape, has experience sourcing passive candidates from leading technology organizations, and can effectively assess technical backgrounds while managing full-cycle recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Data Center, Cloud Infrastructure, and related technical roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent across competitive technology markets.
• Build and maintain pipelines of AI researchers, machine learning engineers, software developers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, infrastructure engineers, and technical leaders.
• Conduct recruiter screenings to evaluate technical competencies, career progression, and cultural alignment.
• Drive candidate engagement throughout the interview process while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health, market conditions, and hiring progress.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, talent mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated success identifying passive candidates.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and discuss technologies with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations, startups, AI companies, or enterprise technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple concurrent searches.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience hiring technical talent for AI infrastructure, GPU computing, data centers, or cloud platforms.
• Background supporting venture-backed startups, AI labs, or technology consulting organizations.
• Familiarity with technical assessment processes and technical interview frameworks.
