Airbnb Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including residential homes and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet client expectations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to requests promptly.
• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors in various environments.
• Execute commercial cleaning tasks in offices or facilities while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with residential cleaning duties that may include kitchen cleaning, bathroom sanitation, and general tidying up.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard.

Skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleaning services.
• Experience in housekeeping is a plus but willing to train the right person
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning techniques and products.
• Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Familiarity with custodial duties in various settings such as hotels or offices is an advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
