Airbnb Optimization Expert Needed (Commission-Based) – Destin, FL & Desert Hot Springs, CA - Contract to Hire

We are looking for an experienced Airbnb Optimization Expert to help maximize bookings and revenue for two short-term rental listings located in high-demand travel markets: Destin, Florida and Desert Hot Springs, California.

This is a performance-based role ideal for someone confident in their ability to drive results and increase occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize listing titles, descriptions, and SEO keywords

• Enhance pricing strategy using dynamic pricing tools and market data

• Improve listing photos (guidance and recommendations)

• Manage calendar availability and booking settings

• Increase visibility and ranking within Airbnb search results

• Guest communication (optional but preferred)

• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve booking rates

Requirements:

• Proven experience optimizing Airbnb or short-term rental listings

• Strong understanding of Airbnb algorithm and pricing strategies

• Ability to analyze market trends in competitive destinations

• Excellent communication and responsiveness

• Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation:

• 5% commission on all bookings generated

• Paid directly through the Upwork platform

• No upfront or hourly payment — this role is strictly performance-based

Goal:

Increase occupancy, maximize nightly rates, and elevate both listings to top-performing properties in their respective markets.
