We're looking for someone who can own client success while orchestrating our team operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the bridge between our clients, our growing team, and our agency's growth trajectory.

You'll step into critical client challenges, solve complex Amazon problems with speed and precision, and ensure every account is managed with excellence. You'll coordinate with our team (including account managers, PPC managers and other remote teams) to deliver consistently outstanding results.

What You'll Own

Client Success & Account Management

  • Be the go-to problem solver for urgent client issues - catalog disasters, ranking drops, PPC emergencies, inventory forecasting and more

    Lead strategy calls with clients (comfortable on camera and articulating complex strategies clearly)

    Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring each gets the attention and results they deserve

    Provide daily support via Slack, email, Zoom, and Loom videos

    Proactively monitor accounts and flag potential issues before they become fires

    Create clear, professional Loom walkthroughs to explain strategies and updates to clients



Hands-On Amazon Execution



  • Execute advanced PPC strategies across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns

    Optimize campaigns for profitability, managing significant monthly ad budgets

    Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for deeper campaign insights, audiences and attribution analysis

    Troubleshoot catalog issues, listing optimizations, and backend challenges

    Stay current on Amazon's evolving features and algorithm changes



Team Coordination & Operations



  • Coordinate with account managers and remote teams to ensure timely task completion

    Delegate effectively, matching team strengths to client needs and ensuring accountability

    Build and maintain project tracking systems so nothing falls through the cracks

    Create organized workflows for client deliverables, reporting, and communication

    Conduct regular team check-ins to unblock issues and maintain momentum



Strategic Operations



  • Develop streamlined processes for client onboarding, service delivery, and retention

    Track project progress, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics

    Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions

    Contribute to building our agency playbooks, SOPs and best practices

     



    What You Bring

    Required Experience

    • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience, ideally working with brands generating $5M+ in annual revenue

      Expert-level Amazon PPC skills: You've personally managed and optimized significant ad budgets ($30K+/month minimum)

      Amazon DSP experience strongly preferred: you understand programmatic advertising and how to leverage it for brand growth

      AMC knowledge is a major plus: you know how to extract insights and optimize attribution; also creating new audiences

      Deep Seller Central knowledge: You can navigate backend issues, catalog problems, compliance challenges, and inventory management with ease

      Client-facing experience: You've led calls, presented strategies, and built trust with demanding clients

      Native or native-level English proficiency: you communicate clearly in writing, on calls, and in video recordings



    Technical Skills



    • Advanced PPC strategy and execution (Sponsored Ads, DSP, budget optimization)

      Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for campaign attribution and analysis

      Organic ranking strategies (launches, keyword optimization, A9 algorithm)

      Amazon catalog management and troubleshooting

      Understanding of Amazon logistics, fees, COGs, and P&L optimization

      Comfortable creating Loom videos and presenting on camera

      Proficient with project management and tracking tools
