Run AMZ is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Account Specialist to help our clients excel on Amazon.com. You will be a key player in optimizing product detail pages and driving sales through best-in-class product content and digital merchandising. This role involves hands-on work within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, ensuring our clients' online presence is top-notch.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client success managers and account directors to implement Amazon strategies and optimizations.
• Communicate directly with the Run AMZ team and clients to track progress and outline optimization plans.
• Support client onboarding by ensuring a positive first impression of Run AMZ.
• Conduct product research, gather content, and optimize product listings.
• Proofread product page content and internal documentation.
• Perform product page diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and address fraudulent use of client trademarks or copyrighted material on Amazon.
• Assist with other responsibilities as the agency grows.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon back-end, including product listing creation, variation management, and listing optimization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing Amazon platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to work remotely.
