PPC & Seller Central Operations Account Manager

Role Overview We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven PPC & Seller Central Operations Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on Amazon Seller Central management, marketplace operations, and advertising performance across multiple eCommerce channels. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operational health of client accounts while leading advertising strategy, inventory planning, and marketplace growth initiatives.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and operational execution skills.

Key Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central Operations & Account Management

Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations across multiple client accounts

Oversee inventory planning, replenishment forecasting, and inbound FBA shipment workflows

Troubleshoot operational issues including stranded inventory, suppressed listings, reimbursement claims, Buy Box issues, catalog errors, compliance flags, and case management

Coordinate FBA shipments, labeling requirements, prep workflows, and operational timelines

Monitor account health metrics, fulfillment performance, inventory levels, customer experience metrics, and listing quality

Manage listing updates, catalog merges, variation structures, flat files, and content optimization

Lead client communication through weekly updates and monthly strategy calls

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned brand partners

Collaborate internally with SEO, creative, advertising, and operations teams to execute growth strategies

Advertising & Marketplace Growth

Develop, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google, TikTok Shop, and more

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, bid optimization, and campaign testing

Monitor and improve ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and other performance KPIs

Analyze marketplace and advertising performance data to identify growth opportunities

Build client-facing performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Support promotional planning including Prime Day, deal strategies, coupons, and seasonal growth initiatives Qualifications

2–5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central management experience

Strong understanding of Amazon FBA operations, inventory management, and inbound shipment workflows

Experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Connect is a plus

Experience with Helium 10, Perpetua, Pacvue, Skai, MerchantSpring, or similar eCommerce tools

Strong understanding of marketplace KPIs including Buy Box %, inventory health, TACoS, conversion rate, and account health metrics

Ability to troubleshoot operational and catalog-related Amazon issues

Strong communication, organization, and client management skills

Ability to manage multiple fast-moving accounts in a remote environment

Bonus: experience working with CPG brands and omnichannel marketplace growth strategies
