Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Associate, you’ll handle a mix of customer communication and data management tasks. Your role will ensure our customers enjoy seamless experiences while keeping our systems accurate and organized.
You’ll be part of a friendly virtual team, helping customers via chat, email, or phone, while entering and managing data in Amazon’s secure systems.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Enter, review, and update customer and product information into Amazon databases.
Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, or account issues.
Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone with professionalism.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling large data volumes.
Identify and report any system errors or unusual customer requests.
Collaborate with your virtual team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Salary & Benefits (Exceptional Pay!)

Base Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (or $22 – $30 per hour)
Performance Bonuses: Up to $1,200/month
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for eligible hires

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
