We are actively hiring a remote Amazon Seller Central Expert with deep expertise in flat file management. This role is ideal for professionals who have a thorough understanding of Amazon’s backend operations and a proven track record of managing listings, resolving errors, and optimizing product feeds using flat files. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring product data accuracy and compliance across multiple categories.


Job Description

As an Amazon Seller Central Expert, your primary responsibility will be to manage bulk product uploads and updates using Amazon flat files. You will troubleshoot catalog errors, enhance listing quality, and communicate with Amazon support when needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has hands-on experience with inventory file templates, category listing reports, and listing variations.

This is a work-from-home position located in Bessemer, Alabama (BHM1), with the flexibility to operate remotely within the United States.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central

    Advanced knowledge of flat files and bulk product uploads

    Familiarity with resolving listing errors and stranded inventory

    Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    Experience working remotely is a plus





Responsibilities



  • Manage Amazon listings using flat files across multiple categories

    Identify and fix listing errors, including suppressed or inactive items

    Create product variations and optimize titles, bullets, and descriptions

    Monitor listing performance and implement improvements

    Coordinate with internal teams and clients for data accuracy

    Liaise with Amazon support for listing escalations and troubleshooting
