Job Summary: American Airlines is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work From Home Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to reservations, flight changes, baggage, and other travel-related concerns.
• * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• * Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
• * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• * Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
• * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• * Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• * Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus.
