Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the M&A deal process, including identifying, evaluating, and executing potential capital deployment opportunities and related integration efforts
  • Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement post-deal integration plans and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and support ad hoc corporate finance analyses and strategic projects

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
  • Prior M&A transaction experience; buy-side experience a plus
  • Experience in capital markets, financial technology, or related industries
