ANALYST I
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking an Analyst I to join their Hazard Mitigation Quality Assurance Administrative Support Unit. The role involves monitoring grant budgets, managing reimbursement claims, ensuring ADA compliance, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of less difficult and complex duties relating to monitoring of grant opportunity budgets, reimbursement claims, grant balance sheets, management costs, and other related key performance indicators
- Maintain ADA Compliance on the branch webpage, internal/external documents, and presentations
- Use technology for tracking and sharing financial data, data analysis, reporting, and to communicate with stakeholders through the HMA email account and mass notification system
- Order materials for the office
- Track large purchases in FI$Cal
- Coordinate with building facilities
