Job Summary: 

 

Reporting to the Vice President of Practice Health and Safety, the Policy and Procedure Analyst supports the development maintenance and periodic review of organizational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives. This role partners cross-functionally with stakeholders including Clinical Operations, Compliance/Legal, Quality, HR/Learning & Development, and IT to standardize documentation, streamline workflows, support training and acknowledgement processes, and drive operational efficiency. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

 

Maintain a centralized framework for policy governance and document control 

Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing policies to ensure accuracy and relevance 

Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on organizational policies 

Lead policy approval workflows and maintain version control 

Maintain a policy repository system 

Implement Mandatory training and Acknowledgement workflows 

Support Audit, Monitor and enforce Policies 

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

 

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards 

Excellent writing, editing and documentation skills 

Strong analytical and organizational abilities 

Proficiency in Microsoft office or Smartsheet 

 

Education and Experience: 

 

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred

2+ years of experience   

 

 

Experience with policy management systems or document control tools 

A problem-solving orientation and eagerness to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions in a matrixed organization 

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
