As a Targeting & Data Capabilities Analyst, you will support the development of data and targeting capabilities, translating business requirements into actionable solutions and collaborating with various teams to enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s current targeting and modeling landscape across all business segments
  • Identify capability gaps, future needs, and integration opportunities, and translate these into clear product and technical requirements for platform and engineering teams
  • Shape the product and capability roadmap by working closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Modelling, Data Engineering, and other key partners
  • Drive alignment on strategic priorities, use-cases, and delivery milestones, ensuring the roadmap reflects both near-term business value and long-term capability evolution
  • Ensure continuity and protection of existing targeting objectives and performance KPIs during capability or platform transitions
  • Define validation criteria, performance safeguards, and migration frameworks to maintain business impact while enabling modernization
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships across business units, acting as a connector to bring teams together around shared goals
  • Facilitate decision-making, resolve ambiguity, and ensure effective execution across diverse stakeholders
  • Provide structured, proactive updates to senior leadership, including key decisions, trade-offs, risks, and alignment needs
  • Represent the end-to-end capability vision and ensure leadership is informed and aligned ahead of critical milestones

Skills

  • Experience in data management or product development, with exposure to building or enabling data-driven capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and make data-informed decisions
  • Hands-on experience using advanced SQL within big data or cloud-native environments
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies or broader software delivery lifecycle processes
  • Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable solutions
  • Comfort with conceptual thinking and change management, including navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in evolving environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to a wide range of audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with handling and analyzing large datasets in data-driven environments
  • Experience with Python or other relevant analytical/programming tools in a data-driven environment
