The Analytics Strategist will support the Business Analytics & Data Operations function by ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence, while collaborating with various teams to monitor data health and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rigorous QA on campaign data across platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Validate tracking implementation, taxonomy adherence, and naming convention consistency
  • Monitor data ingestion pipelines and identify discrepancies or anomalies
  • Reconcile data across platforms (ad servers, media platforms, analytics tools, internal systems)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies in collaboration with technical and media teams
  • Support the development and maintenance of data validation frameworks and QA checklists
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvements that enhance data resilience
  • Assist in root cause analysis for reporting discrepancies or tracking errors
  • Ensure reporting outputs align with source-of-truth data
  • Build, update, and maintain dashboards under the direction of the Analytics Manager
  • Execute recurring and ad hoc reporting with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform pre- and post-delivery QA on all reports before distribution
  • Organize and validate campaign data, build clear visuals, and provide structured analysis to support reporting and insight development
  • Support reporting automation efforts to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency
  • Support data ingestion, transformation, and workflow monitoring processes
  • Ensure campaign tracking parameters are correctly implemented prior to launch
  • Monitor campaign data health throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Maintain documentation for data processes, taxonomies, and governance standards
  • Escalate systemic data issues to the Analytics Manager with recommended next steps
  • Partner with Digital Media teams to confirm accurate campaign setup and tracking
  • Work with Account teams to clarify reporting requirements and timelines
  • Coordinate with offshore or technical teams to resolve data pipeline issues
  • Support performance review meetings by providing validated reporting and data explanations

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Foundational understanding of digital media metrics and campaign tracking
  • Experience working with dashboards, preferred experience in Datorama
  • Comfort working with large datasets and performing reconciliation across multiple sources
  • Understanding of campaign tracking parameters (UTMs, tagging, platform naming conventions)
  • Ability to identify anomalies and investigate root causes
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
