AP/AR Support Specialist
HOATalent is a leader in property management with over 20 years of experience. They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented AP/AR Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to their Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
- Monitor incoming mail and email inboxes for invoices and route them appropriately for processing
- Assist with processing bill payments for smaller dollar amounts (under $500) and ACH payments following established procedures
- Assist with vendor payment support, including processing, organizing, and uploading vendor invoices
- Support check deposit processing, including data entry and documentation
- Assist with payment processing and basic reporting related to internal programs and mailer expenses
- Perform routine audits and reviews of small-balance invoices to ensure accuracy
- Assist with tracking and auditing physical access items such as keys, fobs, and remotes to ensure records are accurate
- Provide phone coverage as needed, including answering and routing calls
- Assist with tracking and organizing Certificates of Insurance
- Complete additional administrative and accounting support tasks as assigned

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Must be extremely detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes accurately
- Prior financial or accounting experience is helpful but not required
