Apple is hiring Support Engineers to join its remote team, offering world-class technical solutions and support for internal systems, applications, and end-users. As a remote Support Engineer, you'll diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues across Apple’s infrastructure — all while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues

    Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to employees and teams globally

    Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential problems

    Collaborate with developers, IT, and engineering teams

    Maintain documentation and escalate critical issues

    Automate support workflows and improve incident response processes



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

    2+ years of experience in technical support or IT engineering

    Familiarity with macOS, iOS, and enterprise tools (Jira, JAMF, etc.)

    Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)

    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    Able to work independently in a remote environment
