About the Role
Join Remote Recruitment as an entry-level Appointment Setter supporting UK-based businesses. This fully remote role requires no prior experience — all the training you need to start booking appointments and generating leads for UK clients is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or chat to book appointments

Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the UK sales team

Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools

Following up with prospects to confirm and reschedule appointments

Meeting daily and weekly appointment-booking targets

Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent (no experience required — training provided)

Clear, confident spoken and written English

Positive attitude and willingness to engage with people

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Equipment & Setup
Reliable laptop or desktop computer

Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

Quiet, dedicated home workspace

Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
