Appointment Setter / Sales Coordinator – Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic

Job Overview

We are a fast-growing cosmetic surgery and wellness clinic. We are expanding our nonsurgical transformation programs and are hiring a high-performance appointment setter to convert inbound leads into booked consultations. This is a performance-based role. You will be responsible for contacting new leads immediately, qualifying them, and booking consultations.
Responsibilities
• Responsibilities
• Respond to new leads within 1–3 minutes (text + call)
• Conduct outbound calls to inbound leads
• Qualify prospects and guide them to book appointments
• Follow up persistently via call, text, and voicemail
• Log all activity in CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Participate in daily reporting and feedback

Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection
• High responsiveness and urgency
• Coachable and performance-driven
