This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week)

  • Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM EST

Client Timezone: Eastern time

Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm leads generated from marketing campaigns to qualify interest and set appointments

    Follow provided scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural conversation flow

    Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria including decision-making authority and company fit

    Schedule demo appointments for qualified prospects with closing team

    Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and appointment outcomes

    Work within strict compliance guidelines for trading industry regulations

    Handle both warm leads from campaigns and cold outreach as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills with clear accent suitable for North American/Australian markets

    Previous experience in appointment setting or inside sales preferred

    Familiarity with SaaS or financial services industry a plus

    Ability to work during target market business hours (Canada, New Zealand, Australia time zones)

    Comfortable using CRM systems and call tracking software

    Professional phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly

    Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services
