We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Vice President, Consumer Engagement - Digital Acquisition to lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive aggressive new account growth for our Verizon credit card portfolio. As a key member of our centralized Consumer Engagement Team, you will work closely with our client marketing team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and drive business results.

In this remote-based role, you will have the flexibility to work from home and occasionally commute to our nearest office for in-person engagement activities. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $155,000 per year, eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies through partner channels, including purchase path, deep digital marketing integration, and display media, social, and paid search experiences
  • Implement A/B testing plans, segmentation, and personalization strategies to drive lifts in response
  • Lead reviews and tollgates, maintaining a focus on risk areas such as Fair Lending and UDAAP
  • Manage digital acquisition Workfront processes and proactively identify and escalate issues
  • Monitor and measure performance of digital marketing campaign metrics versus plan
  • Support broader Consumer Engagement team on other marketing projects and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide digital acquisition best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in digital platform management and/or marketing, with a combination of web, email, mobile experience
  • Marketing management software experience, such as Workfront
  • Analytics experience with competencies in analytic dashboards and tracking
  • Ability to travel as needed (~10%)

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
  • Prior experience with Senior Leadership and/or Senior Management
  • Detail-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital marketing experience, including digital marketing integration, display media, social, and paid search
  • Consumer/digital-first mentality and experience influencing organizations and other professionals
