This role supports clients by ensuring benefits programs are administered accurately, aligned with strategic objectives, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership and Risk Strategy
Support Account Executive in pre sale and post sale new business activities
Collaborate with brokers carriers and underwriting partners to deliver effective solutions
Act as liaison between broker and underwriting teams to ensure timely communication and resolution
Contribute to broker relationship management and identify opportunities for growth
Operational Excellence
Review qualify and process new case submissions ensuring completeness and accuracy
Organize enrollment documents reconcile wage reports and prepare submission materials
Maintain tracking logs and monitor all new group submissions
Verify broker appointments and coordinate documentation requirements
Prepare employer applications forms and related materials for new business cases
Support COBRA POP and benefit modification processing
Ensure all activities are documented and completed in a timely and accurate manner
Strategic Contribution
Coordinate RFP requests for large group and ancillary opportunities in partnership with Account Executive
Identify missing information and support completion of large group submissions
Oversee submission of large group cases to carriers
Support ongoing improvement of processes and service delivery

 

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring
Required
Experience in insurance employee benefits or related client service environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and relationship management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Experience supporting brokers carriers or underwriting teams
Familiarity with new business submissions enrollment and benefits administration processes
Experience using internal tracking systems or SharePoint tools

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 per yearEligible for performance-based bonus
